How do I become a Dancohr customer?
To become a Dancohr customer, you must first purchase a starter pack of the corresponding brand.
Once you have received the starter pack, you will receive login information for our webshop.
This will allow you to place follow-up orders.
How can I get acquainted with one of the Dancohr brands?
You can request a trial package via the relevant website.
In the trial package you will find brochures, price lists and samples.
Our sales team will contact you to answer any questions you may have.
Does Dancohr also deliver to individuals?
No, Dancohr only supplies its products to professional beauty salons, hair salons and pedicure salons (B2B).
Would you like to order one of our products as an individual?
Then go to the website of the respective brand and use the salon locator to find the nearest salon in your area.
As a customer, can I order all brands?
Under the condition that you have placed a start order of all brands, you may order all brands through our webshop.
Have you not placed a start order? Then you may not order individual products of that brand.
Dancohr hereby reserves the right to remove these products from the order.
What are the shipping costs for a cosmetics order?
Your order will be sent by registered mail with PostNL or DHL.
A signature is therefore required for receipt of the package.
For orders with an order amount below €175, - (excluding VAT) we charge shipping costs. These depend on your customer level.
For orders of €175,- (excl. VAT) or more the shipping costs are waived (by mail).
For orders from €50 (excluding VAT), the small order fee of €5 is waived.
Bronze level: €8,95 shipping costs for order < € 175,-
Silvel level: €6,95 shipping costs for order < €175,-
Gold level: €3,95 shipping for order < €175,-
Platinum level: free shipping regardless of order value
