Then order easily and quickly through our webshop.

Prefer to order by phone or mail? That is also possible!
Please take into account an administrative fee of € 15,- for all cosmetic orders.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation as soon as your order is completed.
Please check the order confirmation carefully and report any inaccuracies as soon as possible via the contact details.

Are you not yet a customer of ours?

Would you like to start with one of our brands in your salon? Then first request a free trial package via the website of the respective brand.
Once you have placed a start order you will receive login details for our webshop.

Shipping

Delivery time

Your webshop order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days via DPD.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with track&trace code as soon as your order is on its way.
A signature is required for receipt of the package.

Shipping costs

For orders with an order amount below € 175, - (excluding VAT) we charge € 8.95 shipping costs.
For orders of € 175,- (excl. VAT) or more the shipping costs are waived (by mail).

For orders from €50 (excl. VAT), the small order fee of €5 is waived.

Backorders

If products are temporarily out of stock, they cannot be put in backorder.
You can activate an email notification to receive an automatic email as soon as the product is back in stock.

We will be closed on:

New Year's Day: Sunday, January 1, 2023.
Good Friday: Friday, April 7, 2023.
Easter (first and second Easter Day): Sunday 9 and Monday 10 April 2023.
King's Day: Thursday, April 27, 2023.
Liberation Day: Friday, May 5, 2023.
Ascension Day: Thursday, May 18, 2023.
Whitsun (Whit Sunday and Whit Monday): Sunday 28 May and Monday 29 May 2023.
Christmas (first and second Christmas Day): Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 December 2023.

When ordering on or around these (holiday) days, please take into account a longer shipping time.
